To evaluate the anti-mine combat capacity for UUVs carried by submarines, designing a mine-detecting evaluating system model based on MILP. The mine-detecting evaluating system model is suitable for two conditions: fixed-size elemental search area and variable-size search area, and can be used to quickly evaluate the anti-mine combat capabilities of different combinations of large, medium and small UUVs. The simulation results show that the combination of large, medium and small UUVs can greatly shorten the anti-mine mission time. The use of small UUVs can effectively improve the mine detection efficiency of medium and large UUVs. Applying a variable-range base search area reduces search time and increases efficiency by up to 34%.
