Cybersecurity evaluation is an important application direction of cybersecurity and one of the important means and methods for cybersecurity assurance. The cybersecurity evaluation based on the MDATA cognitive model has characteristics such as comprehensiveness, accuracy, quantifiability, and evaluation throughout the entire lifecycle. This chapter mainly introduces the application of the MDATA cognitive model in cybersecurity evaluation.
