Mesenchymal chondrosarcoma (MCSA) is a rare highly malignant variant of CSA characterized by bimorphic pattern consisting of undifferentiated mesenchymal cells and islands of cartilaginous differentiation frequently with multiple vascular spaces commonly arising in bone and less commonly in meninges and other soft tissues.
