The purpose of this study is to provide a bibliometric analysis on “Human–Computer Interaction” and “Human Resource Management” by using papers from the Scopus database from 1991 to 2024. The study analyzes 339 papers from 182 sources in 65 nations with 1085 authors using bibliometrics, performance analysis, and science mapping. It looks into co-occurrence of keywords, thematic mapping, productive authors, citable papers, relevant institutions, and country collaborations in addition to scientific production. According to the data, there has been a significant rise in publications in the last 10 years, with the majority of authors producing at least one paper. The United States, China, Germany, and the United Kingdom are the most productive nations; these nations have benefited much from global collaboration. ” The Conference Proceedings on Human Factors in Computing Systems” and “Lecture Notes in Computer Science (Including Subseries Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence and Lecture Notes)” are two important journals in this topic. By employing thorough bibliometric analysis techniques, this study adds to our understanding of the literature on “Human–Computer interaction” and “Human Resource Management” and highlights the consequences and potential future directions for the field.
