Climate change faces an immediate threat to the expansion of the real gross domestic product and to the working conditions and productivity of labor. Addressing these issues could strengthen economies and raise working standards, according to the International Labour Organization , published in 2023. The impact of climate change on the workers’ health will be largely determined by personal, socioeconomic, and environmental pollutants in the workplaces, as well as the behavioral changes made to lessen the whole spectrum of health dangers. Will these factors, circumstances, and adjustments, together with climate change, have an impact on workers’ occupational safety and health? This is the question that will be answered in this chapter.
