This chapter explores the threats of digital drugs (binaural beats) among Emirati youth. To this end, a survey was conducted among 202 university students aged 18–22 years old. Key findings revealed that excessive use of digital drugs could exacerbate mental health issues (e.g., depression), lead to physical health problems (e.g., memory impairment), and have adverse social implications (e.g., social deviance). The chapter concludes with a discussion of solutions, such as implementing appropriate educational programs and enhancing parental engagement, raising awareness about the negative effects of digital drugs, and fostering open public and family discussions about their dangers.

摘要
