Introduction

This book project is an invitation to all who are interested in furthering and deepening research in China’s BRI (Belt and Road Initiative) while seeking to analyze its implications to the neighboring, regional, and international nation-states and communities. This introductory chapter undergirds the rationale of this book project and provides the scope of its coverage.
