Spirituality, Gender, and Experience: Clustering Predictors of Sales Performance Through Regression Analysis
摘要
This study examines the relationship between spirituality, age, gender, and experience in the context of job performance among salespeople. The study collected data from 287 respondents and utilized K-means clustering to identify four distinct clusters: Spiritual Leaders, Pragmatic Managers, Soulful Executives, and Enlightened Executives. The analysis revealed that age, gender, and experience may not be the sole factors influencing spirituality, as younger executives were found to be more spiritual than their senior counterparts. The study also found that individuals who are spiritual tend to perform better in their jobs. The findings contribute to the expanding body of knowledge on the role of spirituality in the workplace and its impact on employee attitudes, behaviors, and outcomes. The study has practical implications for organizations seeking to retain sales talent and improve overall business success by incorporating spirituality into the workplace.
