Bali, renowned for its natural beauty and cultural richness, is a prominent global tourism destination, increasingly recognized for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE). The island has hosted major events like the G20 Leaders’ Summit in 2022 and the ASEAN Summit in 2023. The COVID-19 pandemic has introduced two significant changes in conference management in Bali: the adoption of hybrid conferences and the organization of green conferences. Despite this, a comprehensive model for green-hybrid conference implementation remains absent. This study aims to propose a green-hybrid conference management model tailored to support sustainable tourism in Bali post-COVID-19. Employing qualitative methods, data were collected through document reviews, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs) with tourism stakeholders, and participatory observation of hybrid conferences in Bali. The analysis utilized sustainable tourism theory and management theory. The proposed model is framed by five green pillars: green plan, green team, green logistics, green management, and green evaluation, underpinned by philosophy, value, spirit, and commitment. These pillars are supported by green-hybrid conference characteristics—preservation, productivity, profitability, and profile (4P)—aiming for environmentally friendly, resource-saving, effective, efficient, secure, and high-quality conferences. This model is expected to advance green, top-quality, and sustainable tourism in Bali through its green-hybrid conference services.
