Applying sustainable and responsible principles in the tourism industry has entered a more severe stage. Many countries have formed a tourism perspective based on quality rather than quantity. In line with this paradigm shift, it is undeniable that supportive human resources who have a strong understanding and perception of sustainable principles in the tourism industry need to be formed through a supportive tourism education pattern system. In connection with the orientation of tourism education toward the type of vocational education, the existence of a tourism vocational education system that cultivates an understanding of responsible and sustainable industry is necessary. Therefore, in this section, efforts are made to form a specific framework that can answer these problems through studies on national challenges, global competitiveness, and capability transformation in line with this paradigm shift.
