Optimizing Spotify’s Marketing Strategies in Delhi-NCR: An Empirical Analysis of User Engagement and Media Influence
摘要
This research paper delves into the efficacy of Spotify’s marketing strategies and their impact on user engagement in the Delhi-NCR area, utilizing data from a survey of 294 participants. The data was analyzed through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, logistic regression, and hypothesis testing to evaluate the performance of different marketing channels. The study particularly underscores the supremacy of social media marketing over traditional media in driving user acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. However, despite the success of social media strategies, the Net Promoter Score (NPS) analysis indicated that 46% of respondents were detractors, suggesting a significant room for improvement in user experience and brand perception. However, social media marketing is still greatly emphasized as the most important aspect, while recognizing the need of traditional media targeting some specific age group. In addition, these findings call for constant monitoring and analysis of data with a view to improving the effectiveness of advertising strategy for achieving high user acquisition, retention, and loyalty in this vital industry. The study proposes a potential tactical shift whereby both channels are tailored toward optimizing their individual strengths; hence, it leads to more comprehensive market penetration strategies and brand commitment.
