The efficient running of supply chains is critical in specialized industries such as transmitter manufacture, where complicated networks are required to meet market demands, manage prices, and maintain quality. There are numerous obstacles that impede the competitiveness and expansion of the industry when it comes to enhancing these supply chains. Use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is implemented in this investigation to identify and prioritize these challenges. The study emphasizes and evaluates critical factors that influence supply chain efficiency by assessing industry practices from raw material procurement to distribution. Using AHP technique, the study dives into causal links within supply chain dynamics, exposing how changes in one aspect affect others. The goal is to deliver actionable information that will allow stakeholders to improve supply chain operations, lower costs, and promote sustainability. The objective of this investigation is to establish a transformative roadmap for improving the efficiency and competitiveness of the Indian transmitter manufacturing supply chain. The findings provide stakeholders with actionable recommendations to resolve critical issues and implement targeted improvements by thoroughly analyzing each stage of the process. Finally, the goal of this research is to help establish strong and efficient supply chain methods, thereby improving the overall performance and sustainability of India’s transmitter manufacturing sector.

摘要
