The resource elasticity decisions must effectively align the expectations of the interested shareholders. However, customers and service providers frequently possess divergent and potentially contradictory demands. Moreover, successful resource use in cloud computing architecture depends on efficient resource coordination. This sort of optimization issue is typically classified as NP-Hard or NP-Complete. As a decentralized data environment, cloud computing need flexibility in order to grow and meet significant client demands. We proposed using game theory to design a resource elasticity method that considers the goals of all stakeholders, including customers and service providers. Ant Colony Optimization algorithm have been suggested to efficiently discover the optimal or nearly optimal solution for VM elasticity, using Nash equilibrium, within a reasonable timeframe.
