In the previous chapter, we have developed a statistical mechanics theory referred to as the generalized Langevin mode analysis (GLMA) that enables us to analyze the structural fluctuation of a biomolecule in aqueous solutions. The present chapter is devoted to a tentative application of the theory to explain an experimental result concerning the structural fluctuation.
