Software-Defined Networking (SDN) is a vital, controlled, economical, and flexible networking architecture which is apposite for today’s high-bandwidth and dynamic applications. Its purpose is to develop a more adaptive and manageable network. Hence, in this paper, a virtual routing system is built to handle the restricted online resources by making the entire backend environment more online manageable with limited resources. Minimum execution time and hybrid (LION and WHALE) algorithms have been used. They are executed for 50 simulations with a gap of 10 units to evaluate the performance of latency, bandwidth, execution time, and throughput. After computing for 10, 20, 30, 40, the output obtained at simulation time 50 is 0.0050 s latency, 10.2 ms execution time, 1.02 bps bandwidth, and 0.99 Mbps throughput.
