With the ever-evolving and changing dynamics of the operations of organizations, it becomes the need of the hour to understand the cultural dimensions of the organizations and their influence on job satisfaction. The current research work purposes to inspect the influence of different kinds of organizational culture on the level of job satisfaction. The concept of organizational culture was categorized into four categories based on relationships among employees, i.e., clan, adhocracy, hierarchy, and market. A closed-ended questionnaire was used in the study to obtain the information from the 119 employees of the IT & BPM Industry of Punjab using convenience sampling. Multiple regression analysis has been employed to explore the impact of organizational culture on job satisfaction. Market culture does not impact the level of job satisfaction. Clan culture positively affected job satisfaction level of employees. Adhocracy and Hierarchy cultures impact the level of job satisfaction partially. The present research is conducted only on the 119 employees working in the IT & BPM industry of Punjab; hence, the result may not fully reflect the popularity of the findings. To improve the effectiveness of the findings, more research can be conducted by expanding the sample size and geographic coverage. Research may be done by taking a mediator or moderator to study the influence of variables on each other. The present study’s outcomes contribute to a better understanding of job satisfaction and how corporate culture affects it.
