摘要

The suggested smart hospital system collects health information from a number of sensors inserted on the body of the patient, encrypts and collects it using the recommended EF-IDASC method, and sends the data to a healthcare cloud-based server via cellphone. The technology does not divulge the patient’s identity or medical details. We then assess the suggested smart medical system’s usage of energy effectiveness. Furthermore, we contrast the proposed EF-IDASC method to existing similar schemes. The ability with Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) technologies to link sensors used in e-health has raised people’s standard of living. Another technique recognized in modern e-healthcare is the exporting of healthcare information to the cloud. Nevertheless, there are various requirements for implementing these two technologies. The security of medical data is the most challenging, as is the problem posed by sensor devices’ resource constraints. In this research, we offer a cutting-edge safe and effective cloud-centric IoMT smart healthcare platform that is publicly verifiable. The system innovation uses an escrow-free identity aggregated sign cryptography (EF-IDASC) approach for safeguarding data transfer, which is also suggested in this work.
