Research on the Relationship Between Critical Time Delay and Feedback Control Parameters in a Maglev Coupled Suspension Control System

The suspension of EMS maglev train needs a stable suspension control. Due to the nonlinear characteristics of electromagnetic force and the inevitable existence of time delay in the control process, it is necessary to design a reasonable suspension controller to maintain the suspension stability of maglev train. In this paper, the coupled model of single electromagnet and track with speed feedback delay is established, and the critical value of time delay expression of the system is obtained through the model of linear feedback control with time delay. According to the characteristics of the system, the feedback control parameters are grouped. Without considering the stability, we obtained the three-dimensional diagram of the critical value of time delay about the feedback control parameter by numerical simulation, and the change law of the critical value of time delay about the feedback control parameters is obtained, which provides reference for the design of the feedback control parameters of the linear feedback controller.
