Green Banking Practices refers to a mindset that encourages environmentally conscious work practices in the field of finance and industry. These practices, which many Indian banks have implemented, allow them to promote sustainable practices and expedite their progress toward environmental and financial improvements in their day-to-day activities. Similar to the strategic market in our country, the Indian banking sector has the potential to prioritize the enhancement of environmental sustainability. A retrospective analysis methodology was employed to collect data from 240 bank employees through the use of a self-administered questionnaire. The findings were validated through hypothesis testing in AMOS, where Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed in a two-step process. The findings suggest that banking practices such as online banking, green finance, and green products have a significant influence on the overall performance of banks. However, it was observed that green infrastructure does not have an impact on the environmental performance of banks.
