This paper tackles the issue of delayed and generalized feedback in education by exploring the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and coaching through dynamic chatbots. The goal is to enhance the immediacy, personalization, and effectiveness of feedback. Envisaging a transformative impact, the proposed solution introduces AI-powered chatbots that offer instant, personalized, and actionable recommendations, addressing the gap between student performance and timely education. These chatbots use cutting-edge technologies, such as natural language processing and machine learning, to be practical, easy to use, and adaptable to different ways people learn. The solution demonstrates a high accuracy of 96.10%, with F1 scores ranging from 0.97 to 1, showcasing the efficacy of AI-powered chatbots in delivering precise and insightful feedback. This approach not only offers a technologically advanced solution but also humanizes the educational feedback process, providing a responsive, personalized, and accessible platform for continuous improvement.
