The new method involves using an ultrasonic hygienic or orthopedic nozzle with a smooth working surface to immerse each portion of the unpolymerized composite filling material in the tooth cavity. The study involved 180 patients. The teeth were treated using the composites (n = 90), and a new filling technique was also used. The composites used: “Estelite Sigma Quick” (ESQ), “Filtek Bulk Fill Posterior Restorative” (FBF), “DentLight” (DL). Assessed the quality of the marginal fit between the composites and the tooth walls using the modified Ryge assessment method immediately after tooth restoration and at 6, 12, 18, 24 months after the filling. When examining the quality of marginal adhesion of composites, at the control points the FBF composite filling took first place in both groups, with 79.0% in the control group (CG) and 91.8% in the main group (MG). The second place was occupied by ESQ, with 72.8% in the CG and 85.5% in the MG for this product. DL, on the other hand, took third place, with 65.5% for the CG and 84.3% for the MG. During the study, a significant trend towards a deterioration in the marginal fit of restorations in the CG was observed. The deterioration was 20.1% in the CG (p = 0.0001) and 5.7% in the MG (p = 0.0328). However, no significant deterioration was found in the subgroups of the MG in relation to the initial data (pF = 0.9480, pE = 0.1837, and pD = 0.2529).
