It generalizes the calculus of integers in the usual sense to fractional calculus, and when the order of fractional calculus is an integer, it must be completely equivalent to the operations of integer-order calculus (this chapter discusses rational fractional orders). Liu Shida pointed out that the fractional order derivative of climate is weather, and it is precisely because of the existence of fractional order derivative that climate has better memory than weather [15].
