The boarding and disembarkation of the wounded is one of the most important tasks in the air rescue process. This paper focuses on the technical requirements for the boarding and disembarkation of the wounded, summarizes the research status of the boarding stairway for the wounded, and provides some reference for the design and research of the boarding and disembarkation device for the wounded in civil aircraft.
