The integration of music and technology has become a new trend in the current social development. This paper discusses intelligent music and UAV formation performance, which is an important manifestation of the integration of arts and sciences, expanding thinking and broadening horizons. From the perspective of intelligent music recognition, this paper makes a systematic exploration of UAV formation performance, and further deepens the music information retrieval and interactive multimedia application. It aims to extract the basic melody, rhythm change, speed and intensity of music through intelligent music recognition technology, and carry out UAV recognition music type formation performance by combining with the research of UAV music type formation technology. Simulation experiments are carried out to show the effectiveness of the music recognition and verify the choreography algorithms. It is also demonstrate that the music recognition algorithm can accurately capture the rhythm and type of music. Through the use of advanced algorithms and sensors, the UAV can identify the rhythm and type of music, and then adjust the flight action and light changes synchronously to achieve the perfect integration of music and technology.
