Using RIAMB Technology Development Company Limited as a case study, this study explores the impact of digital transformation on logistics companies and their paths through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature. Firstly, this study identifies the change in organisational form as the cornerstone of digital transformation. Logistics organisations must assess and modify their organisational structures, processes and cultures to meet the demands of the digital age. Second, digital technology is indispensable in driving digital transformation in logistics organisations. Digital transformation is a process of organisational change spawned by digital technology, and standardised digital technology helps to realise the effective matching of information, logistics and capital flows, thereby improving the operational efficiency of the entire logistics supply chain. Finally, resource sharing is crucial to realising complementary advantages in digital transformation. Through resource sharing among supply chain members, firms can work together more effectively to achieve common business goals, leading to more flexible and efficient supply chain management and improved performance across the logistics industry. Future research could focus on digital technology innovation, sustainable digital transformation, and the role of artificial intelligence and big data in digital transformation to drive digital transformation in logistics companies further.
