Research on Ethical Issues, Data Privacy Protection, Algorithmic Bias, and Regulatory Policy of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Digital Transformation
摘要
This study critically evaluates current regulatory frameworks governing artificial intelligence (AI) and proposes comprehensive reforms to address ethical challenges inherent in AI technologies. By scrutinizing issues such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and transparency deficiencies, the research underscores the imperative for regulatory enhancement. Real-world examples like Cambridge Analytica’s data misuse, Amazon’s biased recruitment algorithms, and racial biases in Google Photos underscore the pressing need for improved AI governance. Advocating for a globally coordinated approach to AI regulation, the study emphasizes the necessity of international cooperation to ensure consistent and effective management of AI’s ethical ramifications across borders. It advocates for the implementation of mechanisms fostering transparency and accountability in AI applications to build trust and support ethical innovation. Key recommendations include the development of detailed, forward-thinking AI-specific regulations adaptable to technological advancements. This proposed approach draws insights from engagements with AI stakeholders, aiming to align AI progress with societal values and ethical standards, thereby facilitating responsible innovation. By advocating for systemic reforms and emphasizing the importance of global cooperation, this research contributes to the ongoing discourse on AI governance and ethical oversight.
