In the previous six NLP workshops, we covered various NLP implementation tools and techniques, including tokenization, N-gram generation, semantic and sentiment analysis, using key Python technologies such as NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow, and contemporary Transformer models. This final workshop explores how to integrate these tools for the design and implementation of a live domain-based chatbot system in the movie domain. First, we will explore the foundations of chatbot systems and introduce the Cornell Large Movie Conversation Dataset as the knowledge domain. Next, we will guide you through a step-by-step implementation of the movie Chatbot system, covering dialogue preprocessing, model construction, attention learning, system integration, and performance evaluation, followed by live tests. Finally, the workshop will introduce a mini project and provide relevant chatbot datasets and resources for further exploration.
