The purpose of this work is to investigate and create low-cost, patient-specific prosthetic arms using 3D printing. The creation of a proposed prosthetic arm involves an examination of several human arms. The real movement in the severed arms has been sensed by the myoware muscle sensors, which then translate the data into a computer signal. For precise motion control of the severed arm, a servo motor is coupled to an Arduino Nano-board. The piezoelectric effect has been used to extend the arm's battery life. The suggested three-dimensional printed prosthetic arm is affordable and adaptable to the needs of the patient, so medical applications benefit from additive manufacturing.

摘要
