Design of Data Visualization System for Industrial Internet Scenarios

As competition intensifies, traditional industry companies need to continuously improve competitiveness. The advancement of the new generation of information technology provides directions for enterprises. And the Industrial Internet is one of them, which has widely been used in information upgrades. Data visualization is an important direction for computer science, which can provide effective reference information for decision-makers. We designed a data visualization system for industrial Internet scenarios, to solve the data visualization problem of industrial Internet operation, which has 4 layer construction and 8 function modules. The system was verified by a laboratory with CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) and conducted case practice in a Chinese enterprise located in Shandong province. The test results showed that the main functions of Data Visualization System for industrial Internet met the requirements, that the ATRT (Average Transaction Response Time) is less than 3 s and TPS (Transactions Per Second) is more than 1000 transactions/s. Therefore, the design of system proposed can be well applied in practice and provide a reference for the development of data visualization in the field of industrial Internet, which will be better to analyze data.
