Land Conditions of the Agricultural Production Collectives (1953–1959)
摘要
During the years when the totalitarian regime was established in the Mongolian People’s Republic and Kh. Choibalsan held the power of the party and the state, he paid little attention to the realization of the people's production collective and the interest of the herders in raising livestock. The cooperative policy (including collectives) was carried out for almost 30 years, each time with its own historical characteristics and tone. Since the years from the first cooperative process to the process of agricultural collectivization could not be connected with each other, it was decided to re-socialize private property in agriculture in the 1950s.
