Blockchain technology, known for its decentralized and tamper-proof characteristics, has emerged as a potential disruptor in multiple industries. Nevertheless, the use of this technology to tackle the difficulties associated with sharing skills and advancing professional growth is still being actively studied. Blockchain, with its intrinsic attributes of transparency, security, and decentralization, presents a viable structure for tackling issues related to conventional skill validation and information exchange. This study conducts a comprehensive analysis of existing literature to analyze how blockchain technology can significantly impact the way skills are shared and professional growth is enhanced. This review examines the efficacy of blockchain technology in creating secure, transparent, and decentralized platforms for demonstrating and verifying talents, based on the examination of fourteen studies. The examined studies highlight the potential of blockchain technology, but also emphasize the importance of conducting additional research to tackle current obstacles such as scalability, regulatory compliance, and user adoption. The findings emphasize a mutually beneficial relationship, enabling individuals to profit from their expertise while offering sectors and organizations efficient access to certified talent. Furthermore, blockchain technology has the capacity to enhance the availability of projects and possibilities, promoting a more vibrant and linked knowledge-driven economy. This research highlights the significant impact of blockchain technology in altering the future of work and education by facilitating improved sharing of skills and professional development opportunities. Nevertheless, more study is required to tackle current obstacles and fully use the promise of blockchain in defining the future of work and education by improving skills sharing and professional development.
