Multi-morphology inorganic composite materials have broad application prospects in fields such as photocatalysis, electrocatalysis, and pollutant degradation. The paper uses a hydrothermal method to prepare WO3 with flakes, particles, and hollow sphere structure, and the WO3/TiO2 composite materials with nanoparticles and needle-like structures are further synthesized. The method has the characteristics of simple method, safety, and environmental friendliness. The influence of solvent type and the content of sodium hydroxide on its morphology and structure was comprehensively investigated. The optoelectronic properties of different morphology structures are further analyzed through impedance and absorption spectra.
