Analysis of Influencing Factors on Sand Production in Ultra-Deep and High-Pressure Gas Wells

In order to study the difference of sand production degree in different blocks of ultra-deep high pressure and low porosity sandstone reservoirs, aiming at the sanding problem of ultra-high-pressure gas wells in KS, BZ and DB gas fields in the Kelasu structural belt in Kuqa Depression, Tarim Basin, from three aspects geology, completion and development analyze the influencing factors of sand production in the gas field. Geology includes natural cracks, cement content and effective stress. Completion includes acid pressure, volume fracturing and reservoir opening. Development includes differential pressure production and gas production. According to the influence of different factors on the degree of sand production to reveal the difference in the degree of sand production in different blocks. The analysis results show that geological factors are the inherent cause of sand production difference in different blocks. The degree of completion reconstruction has a certain impact on the differences of sand production in different blocks; The development factors are the external boost to the differences in sand production in different blocks. Through the statistical analysis method to analyze the influence factors of sand production in ultra-deep and high-pressure gas wells, to clarify the reasons for the difference of sand production in different blocks, to provide a theoretical basis for the anti-sand management measures of block gas wells and the establishment of critical production differential pressure prediction model of gas reservoirs, which is important for improving the production capacity of gas wells.
