Vertical seismic exploration is one of the most important techniques to improve the accuracy of energy exploration. This study aims to explore effective project management quality control strategies to improve the success rate and data accuracy of vertical seismic exploration projects. Through a comprehensive literature review and case studies, key elements affecting the quality of vertical seismic exploration projects are identified, and a comprehensive management framework covering the full cycle of project planning, design, execution and monitoring is constructed. The framework emphasises the central role of risk assessment and quality assurance in the successful conduct of projects. The study adopted a mixed-methods research design, combining quantitative questionnaires and qualitative interviews, and used SPSS software to analyse the data, including descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results show that strict operational standards, efficient team communication and the use of advanced technology have a significant impact on enhancing project success. This study provides a new methodology and strategy for project management practice in the field of geological resources exploration, particularly in terms of the complementary nature of technological tools and interpersonal collaboration.

摘要
