Further Understanding of the Adjustment and Plugging Control Laws of Salt Resistant Polymer Systems in Second-Type Reservoir Belong to the Sazhong Development Zone
摘要
Salt resistant polymer flooding was applied in four industrial blocks with different well spacing in second-type reservoir of the Sazhong Development Zone in 2016. However, in the middle and later stages of polymer injection, there are problems of decreased injection capacity and reduced effectiveness of measures. The emulsification of the produced liquid was severe and difficult to handle. This article analyzes common issues, conducts indoor research and production data tracking, and compares them with conventional polymer flooding to gain a new understanding of the characteristics of salt resistant polymer flooding systems. In response to the high underground accumulation rate and stronger plugging ability during the oil recovery process, this paper summarizes the viscosity reduction timing and plugging template suitable for salt resistant polymer flooding in second-type reservoir. At the same time, measures and effectiveness methods for salt resistant polymer flooding system blocks in second-type reservoir have been developed. Based on the research results of the reinjection boundary of processed produced water, technical indicators for reinjection were established, and on-site small-scale tests were conducted on the treatment of salt resistant processed produced water using the “dual nano” process, verifying the feasibility of large-scale promotion in the second and third-type reservoir of Sazhong Development Zone. The combination of reasonable viscosity reduction and plugging control with measures to tap potential has improved the problems caused by the disadvantages of salt resistant polymer flooding. At the same time, fully utilized the strong underground plugging ability of salt resistant polymer systems. Further expanding the swept volume and extending the effective period of polymer injection. The success of the research on reinjection of processed produced water indicates that in the future, with the design of reinjection models for new salt resistant polymer flooding blocks, the Sazhong Development Zone will comprehensively eliminate structural processed produced water interference and further expand the scale of EOR. The comprehensive experience model of salt resistant polymer flooding “adjustment and plugging control–processed produced water reinjection” will also provide a good reference template for second-type reservoir.
