The development of overseas oil and gas fields is different from that of domestic oil and gas fields, which requires not only producing as much crude oil as possible during the contract period, but also ensuring the overall economic benefits of individual wells and projects. Therefore, different contract models require different development technology strategies. International petroleum contracts usually include mining tax contracts, product sharing contracts, and technical service contracts. In recent years, Ecuadorian Petroleum Company has launched a new type of oilfield stimulation technical service contract, in which the contractor obtains corresponding remuneration from the income from increasing crude oil production in the oilfield through drilling new wells and repairing old wells. In order to better determine the production and development potential of oil wells and formulate reasonable development strategies, this article, based on traditional oil well classification indicators and combined with the characteristics of such contracts, conducts oil well production characteristic analysis and single well economic evaluation index calculation, comprehensively establishes a new oil well classification method, and on this basis, proposes reasonable development technical measures for different types of production wells to maximize project benefits, It provides a new idea for oilfield production management. After application in P oilfield in Ecuador, the effect is good, and it is worth popularizing and applying.

摘要
