The oil and gas development in Uzbekistan has reached the mid-late stage, and there is a strong demand for through casing saturation logging technology. The RPM logging tool is equipped with three detection probes, providing deeper and more sensitive detection of oil and gas. RPM logging technology has PNC2D, PNC3D, C/O and other logging modes. Due to the many factors affecting RPM logging, it is necessary to conduct adaptability analysis and scientifically design logging modes in order to accurately calculate oil and gas saturation. Aiming at the difficulties of hydrogen peak identification in RPM PNC mode (especially PNC3D mode) logging, effective measures are proposed and compared to verify the measures to ensure that the quality is not affected. Been applied in six Wells distributed in different areas in Uzbekistan, RPM logging is proved successful in gas zone identification, oil and gas saturation calculation. And RPM logging technology was recognized by the Uzbek Oil and Gas Company.
