Application of High Temperature and High Pressure Ultra-Deep Well Oil Testing Technology in WT 1 Well in Junggar Basin
摘要
WT 1 well is a risky exploration well deployed on the Dongwan backslope of the Khomatu backslope belt in the alluvial zone of the southern margin in the Junggar Basin. Aiming at the characteristics of high-temperature, high-pressure, ultra-deep and high-production and the technical difficulties of exploration in WT 1 well, the combing tube string of testing and perforation were optimized. The double-wing with 140MPa ultra-high-pressure ground testing process and 140MPa auxiliary blowout discharge process were adopted. Besides, the whole process of remote electric gate control technology was applied to form a set of testing technology applicable to this well. The results of 758,200 cubic metres of gas production per day and 127.07 cubic metres of crude per day were obtained, and also the complete formation parameters were recorded. A set of oil exploration process technology has been explored for high-temperature and high-pressure ultra-deep wells in the southern margin of the Junggar Basin, which can be also significant for oil and gas well testing in similar high-temperature and high-pressure ultra-deep wells.
