Mechanochemical Synthesis of AlFeCoNiTi and AlFeCuZnTi High Entropy Alloys
摘要
The high entropy alloy AlFeCoNiTi and AlFeCuZnTi were prepared by high energy ball milling of elemental powders in toluene at 250 rpm for 3h, 20h, 30h, 50h and 100h. The XRD data results revealed that both alloys exhibit the formation of BCC and FCC phases. The Scherrer equation was employed to derive crystal size of the prepared samples from XRD data.
