This paper reported the preparation of Argyrodite-type Li6PS5Cl solid electrolytes doped with multivalent cations, using a mechanical milling synthesis method. The purpose of this treatment is to increase the ionic conductivity of the solid electrolyte. The synthesized samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) methods. From the data obtained, combined with the formulas and calculation equations, we can analyze the change in the crystal lattice of solid electrolytes type Argyrodite Li6PS5Cl when doped, and clarify movement of Li ions in these solid electrolytes.

摘要
