Performance management of peers is an essential skill that should be instilled through construction education, so graduates can create high-performing teams. This chapter presents the key attributes construction management students consider highly valuable to their peers when working on collaborative projects. The performance management process used in an undergraduate construction management course was evaluated using case study methodology. The results indicate that effective communication, quality of work, and commitment are the key attributes sought in team members. Furthermore, younger generations highly favour online platforms as a medium of communication. The performance management process enabled critical thinking, an essential skill for work-ready graduates.
