From the perspective of synergy theory, practical dilemma should be analyzed to ensure the effect while constructing the integration mechanism of production and education. When formulating policies and guidelines, we should establish a cooperative relationship with high-quality enterprises based on the basic principle of pertinence, provide motivation for participation for enterprises, and ensure an adequate preparation. Based on this theory, this paper highlights the necessity of the integration between production and higher vocational education, analyzes the implementation status of integration of production and higher vocational education with new development ideas, puts forward reasonable suggestions, and explores the construction of the mechanism of higher vocational education from the internal and external aspects. The suggestions of targeted improvement are put forward to ensure the usability of formed integration model, promoting the effective combination of education and economic development, and provide a clear direction for the development and planning of higher vocational colleges.
