Training and Monitoring System Based on Iot Technology and Wearable Sensors

This study focuses on sports training monitoring technology, with a particular focus on applications based on IoT technology and wearable sensors. Physical training monitoring is particularly critical when it comes to guiding athletes’ training programs. At present, the attention is paid to the intelligent monitoring system based on sensors, Information transfer and cloud-based computing technology. This paper summarizes the technical architecture of the current mainstream monitoring system, and proposes a number of solutions, including strengthening the collaborative design of software and hardware, Integrate data from different channels and kinds to improve user interactions. In terms of technology development trends, the progress of new technologies such as miniature sensors, low-power communication and cloud AI provides strong support for the construction of a new generation of monitoring systems.
