Design, Implementation, and Data Analysis of an Intelligent Motion Monitoring System Driven by the Internet of Things
摘要
In the current social environment, policy support and advocacy at the government level are gradually leading people to pay more attention to physical exercise to improve overall health. However, participation in sports activities is often accompanied by certain risks, lack of scientific monitoring and professional guidance may lead to sports injuries, excessive fatigue and even accidental death and other risks, seriously endangering people's health. Therefore, it is particularly urgent to strengthen the monitoring of sports participants, which can not only reduce the risk of sports accidents in school sports, large-scale sports events and mass sports activities, but also effectively improve the exercise effect of young students and fitness groups. This paper aims to comprehensively analyze the current status of the current sports monitoring system in China, and explore the method of designing an effective sports monitoring system with the Internet of Things technology as the core, so as to provide a safe and scientific guarantee for participating in sports.
