Development of Virtual Maintenance Training Platform for Electric Motors

In response to the problems in the current training methods for motor maintenance personnel, virtual reality technology is proposed to be used for maintenance personnel training. The development methods and key technologies of the virtual maintenance training platform for electric motors are thoroughly studied, the platform architecture is designed, the platform development technology roadmap is clarified, and the development tools are compared and selected. Selecting electric motors as a representative research object, a virtual interactive maintenance training platform for electric motors was developed using the selected development tool and following the platform architecture and technical roadmap proposed in the article.
