As one of the pillar industries in society, the medical industry bears huge responsibilities. In order to improve the efficiency of the medical industry and ensure that patients receive high-quality and high-quality medical services, medical institutions need to manage medical services. The core argument of this article is to try to use modern information technology to assist medical service management so that it has a more scientific management model. This article uses many information technologies to propose the establishment of a medical service website for online booking and payment, and further designs an information-based medical service management platform so that services such as diagnosis, treatment, and disease detection can be performed online. Finally, this article also conducted a questionnaire survey on users of an online platform of a medical institution. Among the 500 responses, only 116 people believed that the online platform did not meet their needs, and the remaining 384 people expressed satisfaction with the online platform. The results of this survey fully illustrate the high popularity of information-based medical service management platforms.
