With the development of the IoT, the importance of terminal device security has become increasingly prominent. The development of trusted computing technology provides a new method to ensure the security of terminal device. In this paper we propose a way to establish a trusted terminal device. Firstly, we introduce a security chip as the root of trust at the hardware level to provide trusted support, and establish a trust chain to ensure the trusted startup of the system and the trust of the dynamic integrity measurement model itself. Then, the dynamic integrity measurement model will be used to measure the trust of process, operating system and object files during the running of the terminal device. By this way, the terminal device can effectively detect malicious attacks and ensure the trustworthiness of the terminal device from startup.
