This study aims to enhance doctors’ accurate diagnosis of diseases by detecting blur in medical images using advanced image processing techniques. Researchers primarily utilized the variance of the floating-point values calculated using the Laplacian method in the OpenCV library to improve the accuracy of detecting blur in medical images. The results indicate that the model using the Laplacian method achieved higher accuracy in detecting blur in medical images when compared with some models using traditional image processing techniques.
