Intelligent Pipelined Data Management System Design
摘要
This paper presents a design for an intelligent pipelined management system, which utilizes control, vision, sensors, and communication modules to achieve real-time control and detection of the pipelined, displaying production efficiency, quality pass rate, and production progress in a visual App interface and upper computer terminal. This allows managers to observe the entire production pipelined progress and efficiency, enabling synchronized material replenishment, rework of defective products, and optimal arrangement of the current pipelined, effectively improving overall efficiency. This design solves the problem of manual data recording being cumbersome, difficult to effectively count large amounts of data, and unable to timely feedback the current pipelined production status. It reduces human and resource waste for small and medium-sized pipelined factories, improves factory intelligence management level, and lowers production costs.
