The SJCLF was developed as one of the model cluster-level federations under the National Rural Economic Transformation Project in Bihar. The efforts by SJCLF have been significantly fruitful in impacting its 7075 member households to reduce poverty while encouraging economic diversification, empowering women, and entrepreneurship. The multi-pronged approach combining financial inclusion, social action, and livelihood enhancement has enabled the members to work towards realizing their full potential. SJCLF has extended comprehensive services to the poorest households under its Satat Jeevikoparjan Yojna (SJY) initiative through capacity building and assisting in securing their entitlements.
